CARE & MAINTENANCE OF YOUR JEWELRY
You should be aware it is natural and normal for sterling silver and copper to tarnish or patina with exposure to the air and skin. All sterling silver tarnishes, unless you are using an alloy like argentium silver or if it is plated with an alloy like rhodium.

Sterling silver will tarnish over time if it is not taken care of. A simple rubbing here and there with a polishing cloth should be all that is needed to keep the brilliant shine on the ring and keep the tarnish away!

You can clean sterling silver and copper jewelry by rubbing the piece carefully with a soft cloth, and any polishing cloth ought to work to bring the luster back and remove excess tarnish that will happen as time goes by.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We will gladly accept returns and exchanges as long as the item(s) are returned to us within 14 business days of delivery. Buyer agrees that they are responsible for shipping charges on all returns.

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.Shipping fees are non-refundable.

SHIPPING INFORMATION
We have provided an overview of shipping information related to your purchase below.

  • Shipping is done in a USPS flat rate box with appropriate packing material to make sure that your jewelry reaches its destination safe and sound.
  • For any custom created piece of jewelry, it will take 2-3 weeks to ship as we will need to make it to order. If it is a piece already made, then we will aim to ship within 3-6 business days.
  • We ship via USPS and use flat rate shipping boxes. We will have a tracking number and packages usually arrive within 2-3 days of being mailed.
  • If there are complications within USPS we cannot be held accountable for once it has been shipped, as the package is literally and figuratively out of our hands. Sadly, we cannot control the forces or whims of the postal service and are at the mercy of the mail carrier gods.
  • If you wish to use some other delivery service or upgrade your delivery method, please contact us to let us know and we will adjust the shipping costs accordingly.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for any delays due to customs.

The exception to the above would be for any customized or personalized orders – because of the nature of these types of items, we can’t accept returns for them unless they arrived damaged or defective in some manner.
